Step 1  -  Make a Preliminary Selection of a Dream Home or Desirable Property.

On a preliminary basis work with L.D. Custer to choose a home or property you think you would like.  This does not have to be the property you will end up buying.  From a financing standpoint it allows us to understand the parameters of your purchase.  In addition it allows you to better understand how the realty side and finance side of the transaction interact.

Step 2  -  Contact Steel Blue 1 to get pre-qualified.

This step takes about 5 minutes of your time.  Call Steel Blue 1 and request a prequalification for a loan (mortgage) to purchase your property.  Most people qualify for a loan so this step is really very easy.  Most or all the questions we ask you can be provided from your memory.  In a very short time we will let you know how you qualified for financing. 

Once you have a sales agreement for your property, L.D. Custer Realty will notify Steel Blue 1 that you are ready to proceed with financing.  We will call and setup an appointment with you to begin smoothly taking you through the application and loan approval process.

Step 5  -  Move in your Dream Home or Utilize Your New Property.

Steel Blue 1 will attend your closing to confirm all financing details are correct. 

Upon closing of the property and mortgage  move in to your dream home or start enjoying the benefits of your new property.  Enjoy your new home or property with the comfort that you have a great permanent mortgage that fits your budget.

At this point you are ready to purchase your dream home or desired property.  Work with  L. D. Custer Realty to negotiate a sales agreement that is comfortable for you.  L. D. Custer Realty and Steel Blue 1 will make sure the sales agreement works for the financing you qualified for.
